Returns & Refunds
Because pizzas are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged, completely thawed or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace the items or credit your account, your choice.

Customer Satisfaction
If you're unhappy with the product itself, reach out within 7 days of receiving your box and we'll work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
