Shipping policy

Subscription orders ship with free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

One-time (non-subscription) orders are charged a shipping fee of $9.99 per box.

We do not currently ship anywhere other than residential addresses in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. If you order to a business address, and the delivery is delayed due to business hours, no credit or exchange will be made available.

Boxes ship via UPS or USPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment.

We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit, which can affect frozen product quality.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your box ships.

Frozen product quality & damage policy

Our pizzas ship frozen, packed with insulated liners and dry ice. Some surface thawing during transit is normal and does not affect food safety as-long-as the pizzas are still cold to touch (41 degrees Fahrenheit or lower) on arrival. We recommend transferring your pizzas to a freezer within an hour of delivery, to maintain quality.

 

If your box arrives fully thawed, or visibly damaged, do not eat the pizzas. Contact us at info@valeospizza.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace the box at no charge. Photos of the box and its contents on arrival are needed — they let us file with the carrier and process your replacement faster.
